Important points to keep in mind before creating bills on PayManager:
- Whenever a new employee is appointed, the details of the employee are entered on the Master Data of Paymanager. If an employee is transferred from another location, department, then the Paymanager ID of the said employee will be transferred from his previous location or department. If the Master Data is not fed on Paymanager in the transferred employee’s previous location or department, then you can apply to the current DDO. Can create, but make sure that ID has not been created on Paymanager or Pripaymanager in the past.
- All the personnel get salary, traveling allowance, medical allowance etc. in a fixed head and object head. Therefore, all the personnel are in the budget head ordered by the department, for this a group is created in the Group Master according to the budget head in the Master Data. The name of the group can be kept as per the convenience, but the head which has been allotted should be entered in it.
- The details of the posts can be seen in the allocated head on IFMS by DDO code. The process of which will be explained in detail later.
After the bill is generated for the first time and before the bill is generated for the transferred personnel for the first time, go to Authorization and verify the employee’s account number with Verify Employee Account Verification, otherwise the bill will not be processed.
